At Dunedin Community House, we cater to all your working needs with a variety of options:
- Private office spaces: Available for flexible leases.
- Shared working space (Hot Desk): Available for daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly use.
- Meeting rooms: Available in various capacity with discounts for non-profits.
- Storage solution: Rent lockers, tambours, stationery cupboards, or storage rooms.
- Hourly carpark: Rent a carpark space in the basement of DCH building.
Our shared working spaces at 43 Princes Street in Dunedin Central are accessible on weekdays from 7AM to 7PM, except on public holidays. However, we can arrange access outside of these hours upon request.
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, affordable self-service copying and printing facilities on-site, and the convenience of booking meeting rooms for client meetings or private sessions.

Non-profit organisations are welcome to join our shared working spaces for just $30 plus GST per day and from $100 per week for longer-term hire options.
Our shared working spaces are located on Floor 1 – Tahi and 6 – Ono, equipped with desks, tables, and leaners.
