Whether you are an existing room booker or looking to book for the first time it will be helpful to hear from you about what you about what you are doing at Alert Level 2 and your needs.

We’ve created a 1 minute survey and we’d really appreciate your input – it will help us meet our community’s needs.

Meeting Rooms

We offer a 50 % discount for non-profits including community groups.

Alexander McMillan Room

  • First floor (with lift access)
  • Maximum occupancy: 56
  • Adjacent to kitchen

Pam Warren Room (formerly Staff Room)

  • First floor (with lift access)
  • Maximum occupancy: 28
  • Adjacent to kitchen

Interview Room

  • Ground floor
  • Capacity: 2 – 3

The meeting rooms are not available for private functions, bookings are at the management’s discretion.

The following rooms and audio-visual equipment are available for hire at these rates from Dunedin Community House, please have a read of the Terms and Conditions (PDF, 13 KB).

Room Rates 2020

Non-profits are eligible for a 50% discount, there is no additional discount for tenants. The interview room is free for tenant non-profits.

The interview room is hireable by the hour for $33, $16.50 for non-profits.
