Each year, on Christmas Day, the annual Dunedin Community Christmas Dinner is held in the Dunedin Town Hall.
It is especially intended to help those who have no one else to be with on Christmas Day, or who perhaps don’t know anyone, or perhaps cannot readily afford Christmas treat food. Families are welcome.
The dinner is prepared by volunteers, without whose help it could not happen. These people give of their free time to bring cheer to others on this special day. It is also a time of getting to know others in the community, and have lots of fun while doing it.
